I heard about all the Pekoe drama and decided to see what the hype was about. I ordered the Pekoe Special, which comes with Earl Grey milk tea, pearls, and grass jelly. One thing that surprised me was the limited sweetness options, they only offer 0%, 50%, or 100% sugar. I usually like my drinks around 20% sweetness, so I ended up ordering the 50%. Unfortunately, it was way too sweet for my liking. The tea flavor also tasted a bit artificial and didn't really stand out. Overall, it wasn't my cup of tea and probably won't be coming back.

I have all of the best things to say about Pekoe, like a ton, this place will always and forever have such a special place in my heart, I'm the biggest and hugest fan. The reason why I continue to do my daily posts is because of how amazing, awesome, and incredible they are, they deserve all of the shoutouts that they can possibly get, you already know that coming from my page, it's gonna get all of the love. The White Road team is hands down by far the best of the best, when I come to order my drink, I don't even have to say a word or anything because they already know what I want, they have mine's on their list and they kept it. If you're seeing, I hope that you guys know that I'm your #1 fan and supporter, and I'm gonna continue to every time ♥️💗

If you’re in SJ and you don’t visit Pekoe then you’re missing out. I had the sealed drink a few days later and the boba did not survive. It does taste great fresh.

Always loved the Pretty in Pink, one of my go-to drink and I also have the mung bean with pandan pudding, it was also a bomb! Definitely recommended. It seems like today, there’s only one employee during the holiday, but service was quick tho! Points for that!

Pretty in pink #3 is my absolute favorite. I haven’t been to any other boba store in the country with a beautiful drink like such. Drinks always comes out super fast and employees are always kind. 10/10 — it’s also beautiful to see this location grow so much. I was at the MGM casino in Oxon Hill, Maryland and walked past a Pekoe store. I was shocked to see to see a store that started in my hometown of San Jose make it’s way across the country. The pretty in pink tasted the same on the other side of country! It was $10 a drink there tho lol. Pekoe is my favorite boba store hands down.
